FACTORY OPERATIONS ASSISTANT for a dynamic International Food Factory located in South Side of HK Island. Rapidly expanding business supplying premium trade and retail customers and export market.

Skills:
* Training will be provided for all facets of the job.
* English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable) other languages are always a plus.
* Good knowledge of EXCEL and ability to use/learn Inventory Management software
ex. MYOB, Quickbooks Pro & Fishbowl Inventory software ERP
* General Computer skills, ERP use, manufacturing software and planning
Relevant Experience:
* Hygeine Manager/Supervisor is helpful, additional training will be provided
JOB DESCRIPTION

Organize daily production schedule and coordinate with production and packaging team
* Prepare Sales Orders & Purchase orders
* Liase with Supplier and Vendors
* Prepare special reports to track customer sales
* Oversee inventory management
* Coordinate with driver and logistics team for smooth delivery of products and collection of imports
* Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance contractors
* Other tasks from time to time coordinated with management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
