Time: 星期一至五 09:00-18:00 (8 hours with one hour no pay lunch)
-8 hours per session / 10 sessions per month
Job duties:
- 申請者請提供可到訪日期及時間- 服務日期及時間可與機構夾
- 因工作而衍生的交通費，由機構承擔，實報實銷 為離院長者負責提供個案評估、職業治療服務及小組，家居改裝建議及申請，復康物資評估、建議及報價以及CSSA個案向社署申請購買復康物資等
（每天大約完成4-5個個案）
Job Requirement:
- 完成並通過性罪行紀錄查核
- 持有效為註冊職業治療師執照
- 有家居支援服務經驗
