Horizon Hotels & Suites Limited operates 4 well-established hotels - Harbourfront Horizon All-suite Hotel, Harbourview Horizon All-suite Hotel, Horizon Suite Hotel, and The Apex Horizon featuring over 4,500 suites.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily operation of the Front Office

Handle guests enquires and complaints

Follow up with other departments or vendors regarding guests' requests

Maintain service log and prepare reports of various kinds

Requirements:
Post-secondary education or above

With relevant experience is an advantage

Fluent in English and Mandarin, knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
