Full-time Physiotherapist
Job Description

• Deliver and maintain advanced physiotherapy treatments. Knowledge of dry-needling, manual therapy is an advantage.
• Maintain industry knowledge and related training.
• Engage with Rehab/Personal trainers to support technical service deliveries (cross-training)
• Maintain technical equipment maintenance, hygiene and repair.
• Engage with client-therapist service standards, maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Open and active communication among all wellness associates and medical associates to create a seamless medi-wellness integration.
• Able to deliver professional, technical, and knowledgeable wellness treatments with clients. Establish long-lasting business relationships with all clients and associates.
• Operational effectiveness and promote a positive working environment where all associates are able to build on constructive feedback to improve their self-awareness.
• Assist in wellness-based program development - Key around client needs and recommend based on service and suited therapists.
• Assist in implementing departmental training and identifying department priorities to maximize the wellness centre's effectiveness and engagement.

Job Requirement:

• BSc in Physiotherapy
• Registered Physiotherapist (part 1a/b) in Hong Kong with valid practicing certificate with 1 to 3-year experience.
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Certificate in acupuncture, exercise therapy and good manual techniques will be preferred.
• Commitment to quality patient care service.
• Flexible, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
