Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to HR Department, e.g. update leave record, medical/dental administration, MPF enrolment, staff movement report and filing

Perform recruitment coordination work, e.g. interview arrangement and employment reference check

Maintain and update HR filing system

Assist in handling our licensing system

Assist in participating in ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

F.5 or above

At least 2 years clerical experience

Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing

Good command of English and Chinese

Good team player and detail-minded

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Immediate available is highly preferred
