HR Specialist will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced HR Department where our culture sets us apart. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to the job advertisement, CV screening & shortlisting, interview arrangement and employment offers

Coordinate employee activities and benefits

Conduct staff appraisals, exit interviews and foster a strong sense of employee engagement

Assist in campus recruitment and employer branding events

Manage the daily administration of our HR systems such as staff account setup, shift scheduling, timesheet approval, and pay slip distribution

Assist in document control including new joiner and leaver summary, medical claims, sick certificates and MPF submissions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, or other related disciplines

Down to earth, nice, caring, patient and thoughtful

Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills

Meticulous, detailed-minded and well organized

Great time management skills to ensure work effectiveness and efficiency under pressure

Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

Ethical and proper handling of confidential information is a must

Excellent command in both written and spoken English

Prior HR experience is a plus
