Job Descriptions:
Handle daily Front Desk operation inclding check-in/out services, handle guest enquiries and complaints with a professional manner

Ensure the daily efficiency of Front Desk operations

Maintain high standard of services to guests

Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Hotel Industry

Proficient in OPERA system is preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer/ Guest Services Officer
