DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with the hotel standards and documented Standard of Operating Procedures

Actively make wine recommendations to members and guests at restaurants and banquet function

Maintain wine serving equipment in good cleanliness and condition

Oversee the seating set up arrangement, table set up, cutting and presentation of food

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory position

Open-minded, attentive to detail, adaptable, good communication skills and able to work under pressure

Self-motivated, responsible and have real passion in food and beverage service

Mature, independent and presentable

Background in hospitality industry would definitely be an advantage

Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Captain
