Health Care Assistant (Medical Centre)

Job Description

Coordinate patients' appointment bookings
Assist doctors in consultation
Handle patients' queries with good customer service skills and telephone manner;
Provide clinical and administrative support to clinic daily operations.

Job Requirements

DSE or above;
1-2 years' practical experience in blood taking / heparin block setup / injections etc is preferred;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Fluent English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
Immediately availability is an advantage.
