City Unscripted is looking for licensed tour guides to join our team in Hong Kong to deliver private and personalized walking experiences to small groups of travelers.
At City Unscripted, we create private, personalized, and unforgettable city walking experiences for small groups of travelers. We are looking for passionate tour guides who know the food & drink scene, history, and culture of the city.
Our guides are friendly and engaging people who are enthusiastic about showing visitors both the hidden gems and/or tourist attractions in their town.
The experiences are all personalized to the guest’s wishes and interests and as a host, it is up to you to show the guests the areas of the city you think they will most enjoy. You are of course always fully briefed before the experience (age, interests, what they would like to do and see, etc) and are also able to communicate with the guest before the experience so you feel confident you have all the information you need to best plan your time together.
The experiences last between 2 - 6 hours and are either 'Introductions to the city' or more food and drink focussed experiences (depending on your interests and skill set). The team only matches you to bookings you would be a good fit for and would enjoy meeting (based on shared interests and passions with guests) and of course, there is never any obligation to take a booking.
Main requirements;
- Are a licensed tour guide
- Lived in Hong Kong for 2+ years
- Speak English Fluently
- Available for 12-20 hours a week.
