National Hotels are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people to help us provide our guests with exceptionally thoughtful hospitality. We operate 4 upmarket boutique hotels at the heart of Hong Kong Island: The Putman, The Jervois, 99 Bonham, and One96.

To cope with our expansion plans, we are now inviting high-caliber candidates to join our group.

ACCOUNTING

Handle accounts receivable

Preparation of invoices, credit notes, and monthly billing

Monitor receivable aging and follow up debt collection

Assist in month-end closing

Perform other duties as assigned

MARKETING

Explore and identify cooperation opportunities with other marketing partners for joint promotions

Execute and drive marketing and promotion campaigns on various platforms

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally

Maintain and update the hotel’s website and digital platforms

Maintain Brand Standard and carry out site audit regularly

Manage marketing materials including sales brochures, advertisements, newsletters, e DMs, etc

Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance on a regular basis
