Job Description:
Responsible for the daily maintenance of employees' computers in the Hong Kong headquarters including but not limit to software installation and license monitoring, preventing illegal installation of non-whitelist tools,
Responsible for Employee onboarding & offboarding PC preparation,
Assist in server management (include server room) including routine inspection, maintenance, backup, etc,
Cooperate with the ISO annual audit (ISO 27001) for Hong Kong Headquarters including routine IT security & network security equipment maintenance, IT log inspection, troubleshooting, exception reporting, etc,
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:
Tertiary education level or above in IT related disciplines,
2 years or above experience in helpdesk support,
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Able to take on multiple tasks with strong organization skills,
Self-motivated, responsible, attention to detail and work independently,
Good PC Knowledge on internet security, database management, Java Script programming, web design, etc,
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English,
Immediately available is highly preferred.
