- Managing, maintaining, and supporting the IT infrastructure across the region, including architecture, project management, system administration, network and security operations, database design, software and hardware deployment, and operation management
- Overseeing network infrastructure, including configurations, network management, firewall management, identity and access management, monitoring network health and traffic flows, and hardware deployment, upgrades, and support
- Feasibility Study Ownership & Architecture Consultation, including establishing proof-of-concept plans, infrastructure solution feasibility studies, and infrastructure architecture consultation for application feasibility studies
- Participating in application projects from design to implementation to ensure compliance with various infrastructure and security standards by following a defined framework
- Providing infrastructure cost estimation and pre-build preparation
- Documenting system infrastructure architecture and corresponding ownership information
- Assisting in establishing Group infrastructure blueprints with corporate standards and providing architecture review and consultation for regional new solution design
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 8 years' working experience in sizeable infrastructure architecture design and support
- Experience in vendor management for infrastructure setup, project governance, implementation and change management
- Hands-on experience in Cyber Security
- Experience in retails or manufactory industry has advantage
- Excellent communication skills and collaboration skills, strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
