Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join us and lead our cross-border data projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within government or regulated sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget, particularly in cross-border data or digital identity verification.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-border data projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, compliance, and business development) and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant data privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, performance management, and contract compliance.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably with references to government projects or highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and cross-border data regulations, particularly in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) context.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
