About Us:
Fill Easy Limited is a pioneering digital identity verification and cross-border data solutions provider. As part of the HKSTP Incubation Programme, we focus on using secure data transfer technologies to enable businesses and governments to achieve seamless and compliant data exchange. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join us and lead our cross-border data projects.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with at least 8 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably within government or regulated sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget, particularly in cross-border data or digital identity verification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-border data projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, compliance, and business development) and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, risks, and issues.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant data privacy, cybersecurity, and cross-border data regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, performance management, and contract compliance.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, preferably with references to government projects or highly regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws, cybersecurity standards, and cross-border data regulations, particularly in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) context.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
