We are looking for Japanese speaking Trading Assistant - with details as follows :

The Job :
Work in Trading Department of 5 members

Team work in order processing and trading documentation & coordination

Handle order processing with suppliers

Monitor performance of suppliers and offshore office

Monitor delivery schedule

Coordinate with various parties for production and delivery arrangements

Follow-up process improvement with suppliers and relevant parties

Tertiary education

2+ years work experience in trading / manufacturing / logistics...etc

Sound knowledge of international trade / purchasing/ logistics flow

Experience in SAP is an advantage

Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)

Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Pleasant, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility

No trips is required

5 days work; 7.5 hours per day

Annual leave : 12 days
