We are hiring a Lead AP Rewards (f/m/d). You are a reward professional with experience managing compensation in a multi-location setting, then join our team and lead Rewards for our Asia Pacific region. You will work with local HR Business Partners, and you will be based in our Hong Kong office .

What you will do

In close coordination with the Head of Rewards you are expected to:

• Coordinate Reward activities in Asia Pacific and ensure alignment with global Allianz GI compensation and governance practices.
• Support the Rewards needs of the locations which are at different stages of development, from startup growth to mature and support local integration or acquisition activities.
• Support new hire offer and employee separation activities; serve as lead for the year-end compensation process in collaboration with Rewards team colleagues and HR Business Partners; provide input to sales incentive design.
• Serve as regulatory compensation lead for the region, stay current with the regulatory landscape such as equal pay practices and regulation.
• Collaborate and co-design new or enhanced employee benefits with HR country leads; facilitate necessary governance approvals and administrative hand-offs to Operations colleagues

What you bring

• Rewards experience, other HR experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently but also work well in a team environment
• Can act in an advisory capacity but is also willing to get the work done
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Staff management experience is a plus
