ABOUT THE PROGRAM
EC Healthcare strive to be the leading one-stop healthcare ecosystem with focus on preventive and precision medicine. To achieve our vision and support our rapid business growth, our Management Trainee Programme is one of our key Talent initiatives which aims to develop young and energetic talents with the capability to become the future management of our Group.

The programme will be led and closely guided by our Chairman , Chief Executive Officer , as well as other Executive Management Team members . Through the practical experience in four rotations over two years and regular leadership trainings , you will be enabled to define your career path, gain a clear-sighted vision and equip yourselves the necessary management skills to lead the future development of the Group, thriving for your success with EC Healthcare.

During the MT programme, you will get involved in various inter-departmental projects and rotate biannually in different business functions or operations* in 2 years, which means apart from the Head Office departments, you would also have chance to be rotated to our business units to get hands on frontline operation management experience. It is a precious opportunity for you to navigate within our healthcare ecosystem under the supervision of the experienced management, including but not limited to the on-job-training and direct guidance by Executive Management Team and Department Heads.

CAREER PATH & DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Upon successful and satisfactory completion of the 2-year programme, you will be promoted to Assistant Manager and enrolled into our 14-year Future CXO Development Programme. You will continue to receive guidance from the Executive Management team, and there will be individual rotation plan based on company development direction and your development needs. 14 years is just a guidance, as you will have chance to be progressed to our group CXO even faster, depending on your development progress. REQUIREMENT

University graduate in any disciplines with under 2 years of working experiences
Collaborative and able to drive co-ownership among key stakeholders
