The Murray, Hong Kong is a high-profile preservation project designed by British international studio for architecture and integrated design Foster + Partners. Part of Hong Kong’s Conserving Central Project, the Hotel which was the stand-alone Murray Building is one of the city's most iconic landmarks. A member of Global Hotel Alliance’s Ultratravel Collection, the contemporary sanctuary features 336 oversized rooms and suites spanning 25 floors. Other facilities include a stunning rooftop bar with breath-taking views of the central business district and the green oasis of Hong Kong Park, a series of signature restaurants and bars, as well as creative meeting and event spaces.

Program Overview

The Management Trainee Program is designed for university graduates with passion in embark their career in hospitality industry and to be nurtured as a part of leadership. The 18 months’ programme enables you to learn from your peers and your on-the-job mentors as well as your program leaders. Periodical training review mechanism and customized programs are crafted to ensure you are provided with ample opportunities to fulfil your learning needs and career aspirations.

Program Highlights

Individually personal learning and development plan
Intensive on-the-job training in Restaurants, Bars and Events specialization with exposure at a minimum of 3 sections
Cross functional exposure in various departments and project assignments
Periodical review on training progress by mentor, program leaders as well as other cross functional Executive Committee Members

Requirements

Bachelor degree majoring in Hospitality or related disciplines
With actual work / internship exposure in well- established hotels
Resilient, passionate and committed in developing career in hospitality industry with strong adversity quotient
