Manager (Procurement)
(Ref: M(PCM)_HQ_SEP24)
The Manager (Procurement) will be responsible for leading the daily operation of the
Procurement team in performing the procurement related activities complies with the policies
and requirements of HKSR and Ordinance.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise a small team of Procurement department
Implement cross-service unit procurement activities in full compliance with corporate
procurement policy and procedures and Ordinance
Participate and monitor the tendering process in best practices
Co-operate with project team and lead the implementation of e-Procurement module
Organize and coordinate training programs in corporate level in order to enhance their
purchasing knowledge with cultivating their integrity
Maintenance and update HKSR’s Procurement Policy and Procedures
Requirements:
Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
Proven 5 years of related experience including e-Procurement in sizable organization
Familiar in dealing with purchase orders, contract, agreement etc.
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills and communication skills
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP system
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
