Marketing Assistant - SEM - Hong Kong Based

Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Campaign Management:
  • Manage and optimize paid search (Google Ads) and paid social (Meta Business Manager) campaigns to drive growth and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Continuously monitor campaign progress, analyze performance data, and make strategic optimizations within the allocated budget and timelines.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive constant improvement in campaign performance.
  • Analyze and interpret data using spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify trends, understand results, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Campaign Troubleshooting and Improvement:
  • Proactively monitor campaign delivery and performance, and implement measures to ensure consistent improvement over time.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to launch new campaigns or expand successful ones.
  • Localization and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the country teams to maintain and optimize localized campaigns in different languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment of paid media initiatives.
  • Competitive Analysis and Recommendations:
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations based on competitive reviews, learnings, and industry benchmarks to enhance the overall paid media strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, e Commerce, or a related discipline
  • 0-1 year of experience in paid media or digital marketing, preferably in a startup or agency setting (or relevant internships for fresh graduates)
  • Strong analytical skills and a numbers-driven approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay highly focused
  • Proactive team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is highly preferred
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
