Asia World-Expo is a world-class exhibition, convention and events venue offering over 70,000 square metres of rental space. With 10 state-of-the-art, ground-level and column-free halls including the Asia World-Arena - the biggest purpose-built indoor seated entertainment arena in Hong Kong with a maximum capacity of 14,000; the Asia World-Summit - Hong Kong's largest indoor conference and banquet venue that seats 700 to 5,000 persons; and the Runway 11 - the venue's latest conference and function hall for 500 to 3,800 guests, Asia World-Expo is Asia's only column-free, ground-level exhibition, convention and events venue which is fully integrated with the World's Best Airport, Hong Kong International Airport (World Airport Survey by Skytrax).

The complex is located at the centre of an extensive and efficient air, land, and marine transport network which connects Hong Kong to China's Pearl River Delta and the world's business capitals. It is ideally suited to hosting world-class exhibitions, conventions, concerts, sports, and entertainment events.

Responsibilities

Handle the production of marketing collaterals and promotional materials to tie in with events and other business needs

Devise innovative marketing communication campaigns via digital means, e.g. Mobile App, e DM or social media channels, to engage stakeholders and enhance brand awareness

Formulate in-venue visitors engagement activities and execute on-site or off-site as required

Serve as a brand advocate in strengthening and upholding brand identity, including in-venue decoration and outgoing communication materials

Provide support and collaborate with different teams to achieve dynamic planning across the company

Support to team related administrative tasks and logistics as required

Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or other related disciplines

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, advertising or event management

Proven writing skills in both English and Chinese

A positive team player, pro-active, detail-minded and highly independent

Strong organizational ability and able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome
