Marketing Communications Executive

- Manage social media accounts and media presence under supervision of marketing team for Facebook, Instagram and Linked In accounts of Ovolo Hotels, Founder & Executive Chairman, and Instagram and Facebook account of Veda, Hong Kong based restaurant.
- Work with Marketing Team to develop, implement and monitor marketing activities across the Hong Kong properties including ATL,BTL, campaigns, events, digital, PR, social media, property web pages, Communications, brand collateral, database management, PR trade & Internal.
- Take brand ownership and deliver campaigns in line with the vision, mission, goals and strategies
- Copy writing for all material both printed and online
- Coordination of all sponsorship activities
- Ensure content representing hotel across print, offline and online media platforms is consistently on-brand.
- Implement marketing, partnership, sponsorship and barter opportunities as required by Hotel GMs and Head Office
- Measure and report on performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- To maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Degree holder in Marketing or relevant disciplines
- With hotel or restaurant background will be highly preferred
- Able to be hands-on with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of business
- High level of organization and timely reporting is a must
- With strong customer service ethos
- Excellent communicator in both verbal and writing
- Enthusiastic and have an instinctive feeling about future product concepts
- Good analytical skills
