Job Overview:
Our established learning center in Causeway Bay is looking for a passionate Native English Teacher with a love for early childhood education. We pride ourselves on providing a nurturing, student-centered environment where young learners can thrive through play-based, immersive language activities. If you’re enthusiastic about working with young children and dedicated to fostering a love for learning, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead interactive English lessons focused on language development, phonics, and early conversation skills.
- Create a safe, engaging, and fun classroom atmosphere where children feel encouraged and curious.
- Use play-based teaching methods to enrich each child's learning experience.
- Collaborate with our team to continuously improve and tailor lessons to meet each child's needs.
- Communicate regularly with parents to share their child’s progress and accomplishments.
- Native English speaker with a clear accent.
- University degree in any field.
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with young children in a playgroup or learning center setting.
- High-energy, fun-loving, and naturally able to engage with young learners.
- Patient, approachable, and dedicated to creating a positive learning environment.
- Average of 25 teaching hours per week, supporting a balanced workload.
- Flexible schedule – teachers are only required to be on-site for booked lessons or scheduled meetings.

Pay: $26,000.00 - $31,000.00 per month
