本心中提供完善的內窺鏡在職培訓計劃,由資深內窺鏡醫生、護士及助理協助提供專業培訓。學員將依照中心設計的培訓計劃循序漸進地掌握專業技能,完成整個培訓之學徒能具備有足夠醫療知識、內窺鏡協助技術,成為具備協助內窺鏡手術的臨床經驗和醫學倫理的內窺鏡醫療助理。本計劃有清晰的進升階梯及薪酬提升。

職責包括:
對醫療設備和其他附屬設備進行檢查、清潔和消毒

對醫療設備進行日常保養及維護

基本病人照顧工作

協助醫生及護士進行內窺鏡程序

負責術前術後內窺鏡室的準備工作

內窺鏡室的日常工作

打豆 (靜脈注射器設置) (較高級別培訓內容)

各種內窺鏡儀器的操作 (較高級別培訓內容)

良好的醫療記錄行為培訓 (較高級別培訓內容)

內窺鏡室的日常管理 (較高級別培訓內容)

其他內窺鏡相關的工作

要求:
對醫療行業有濃厚興趣

樂於服務及照顧他人

喜歡技術型工作

性格主動、嚴謹、積極和願意學習

HKCEE / HKDSE 或以上級別(持內窺鏡護理證書優先)

良好的中英文書寫和溝通

MS office和一般電腦知識

能夠在壓力下工作
