VV-VES is the subsidiary of Veolia in Hong Kong. We are now recruiting suitable candidate for T PARK, the sludge treatment facility being built for the Environmental Protection Department of Hong Kong Special Administration Region in Tuen Mun. It is the first modern sludge treatment plant in Hong Kong, with fluidized bed combustion technology, high efficiency steam boilers and steam turbines.

Main task

Provide administrative support to the Operation and Maintenance team

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue daily maintenance documentation based on templates and team's input;

Prepare and submit daily and monthly operation reports based on templates and plant information and team's input;

Attend daily or monthly meetings;

Maintain proper documentation records;

Any ad hoc task assigned by supervisor;

Qualifications

High school diploma or above;

Computer literate, proficient with Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Google Doc;

Good communication and organizational skills, able to work with other team members;

Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese;

Fresh graduates are welcomed
