Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Process corporate inward / outward remittance transaction, cross-border payment, customer account transfer through different interbank payment channels / systems. Conduct balance checking, signature verification as well as making judgement on payment channel and matching dealer slip of foreign exchange, etc, during processing.
Support administration support in any transaction processing areas as may be directed by supervisor from time to time.
Perform day end reconciliation to ensure all transaction is properly registered.
Prepare various regulatory reports as required.
Participate in system enhancement and user acceptance test.
Provide guidance and training to junior staffs to meet various operation standards.
Follow all established policy and procedures on transaction processing. Observe the rules and regulations in relation to money laundering, maintain a level of awareness and vigilance on suspected transaction. Requirements:
High school graduate or above, Diploma/Degree holder preferable.
3 years of experience remittance operation with wide experience in operations areas.
Good interpersonal skills with a customer focus and service-oriented attitude.
Good knowledge in payment transaction related compliance checking against AML and anti-terrorism.
Good PC skills in MS Office.
Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin preferred.
