Temporary Human Resources Assistant (6-month contract)

The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as ‘HKSR’) is a pioneer in rehabilitation
dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities,
chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive society.
We are a non-governmental organization receiving subvention from government and funds from
private donors and other sources. We invite people with the heart and passion to join us in realizing

Temporary Human Resources Assistant (6-month contract)
(Ref: A(HR)_HQ_AUG24)
Key responsibilities:
Assist in whole recruitment process and payroll preparation works
Maintain accurate and update staff records in the HR management system
Work closely with service units
Provide clerical support to HR Department
Perform other HR related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Management discipline is preferred
1-2 year of relevant experience preferred
Proficient in computer skills including Chinese and English word processing, MS. Word,
Excel and Power Point
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Renewal of contract is subject to the Organization’s business needs and the performance of the
individual.
Work Location: Lam Tin
