Temporary Course Coordinator in Oriental Studies Subject Group in the College of Humanities and Law

Requirements: Candidates should possess a Master’s degree with at least 5 years' teaching experience, or a Doctorate degree with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience. They should have good communication skills in Chinese and English, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Familiarity with MS Office and quantitative research methods is required, and candidates should be able to work both independently and with a project team. They should also have at least 2 years' experience in research on Chinese language teaching.
Applicants may be considered for appointment on a fractional basis subject to HKU SPACE’s rules on outside practice. If you are interested in an appointment on a fractional basis, please indicate in your application that the post being applied for is “Temporary Course Coordinator (Fractional)”
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will be on temporary basis with expected end date of 31 August 2025.
