Operation Officer, Landside Infrastructure Management

- Process the applications for work permits, prohibited and restricted zone permits as well as filming, visits, survey and delivery
- Handle traffic accident reports, liaise with concerned parties and follow up on the claim case involving damaged property
- Provide assistance in the contract administration on the service contract
- Coordinate and work on assigned projects in an organized manner
- Support and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to review and implement operation plans to mitigate the potential impact on road operations
Requirements:
- Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed; associate degree or higher diploma with a minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years’ work experience will also be considered
- Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years’ work experience will be considered as an Operation Officer Trainee
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Competent PC skills and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Possess a valid HK driving license with a Class 1 endorsement. Candidate with Class 2 endorsement is an advantage
