Reponsibilities:
Answer and follow up on telephone calls, take guest laundry orders promptly

Arrange Valet Runner to pick up all the guest laundry promptly

Compute and prepare the guest laundry, dry cleaning and pressing charges

Keep record of all laundry and dry cleaning processed and maintain production report on a daily basis

Requirements:
2 years relevant experience would be an advantage

Good customer service skills and telephone skills

Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
