Our client is a leading asset management firm based in Hong Kong, specializing in tailored investment solutions across a range of financial products including equities, fixed income, and alternative assets. They are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant to support their executive team.

Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries professionally and maintaining confidentiality.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Coordinate and attend meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Manage personal tasks for the executives, including organizing personal appointments and liaising with vendors.

Assist in event planning for both internal company events and external client engagements.

Monitor and manage office supplies, coordinating with office management for equipment and facility maintenance.

Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.

Provide ad hoc administrative support to other teams or departments as necessary.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage).

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other office productivity tools.

Experience in the financial or investment sector.

Familiarity with international and local travel arrangements and visa processes.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing work demands in a fast-paced financial environment.
