The Jobs:

• Provide P.T. specific professional services in rehabilitation, pain management, health education, individual assessment and consultation for needed elderly or outpatient to promote services.
• Assist in development and management of the daily operation of the Rehabilitation Department.
• Develop clinical guidelines, protocols and patient care process in P.T. services
• Develop collaborative relationship with patients and clinical service providers.
• Advise the optimal choice on the design and maintenance of materials, tools and equipment required by the Service Unit.

Previous Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and be able to cope with busy working environment
• Ability to handle multitask and prioritising during busy period, yet maintaining a friendly and professional disposition.
• Sound professional skills, self-discipline and be able to work independently without supervision.
• Cheerful, friendly and able to work well with other team members, and provides genuine care for patients.
• Proficiency with manual therapy, exercises prescription and formulate treatment plans.
• Clinical Pilates and acupuncture experience would be an advantage.
• Applicants should have the right to work in Hong Kong and are registered under the SMP Ordinance.
