- To support as needed any queries from fellow Product managers as it relates to imports into the defined region.
- Is responsible for completing a weekly market rate that reflects the actual market
- Is responsible for completing a monthly trend analysis that reflects actual CWW performance versus our service contract MQC commitments for your respective Trade-lane
- Is responsible for completing BID relative information and support the BID/RFP team as needed
- Is responsible for uploading all contracts and subsequent amendment on Sharepoint.
- Is responsible for providing prompt response of simple rate inquiry
- Is responsible for providing update cost to account owner for those selective VIP client
- Is responsible for maintaining the CWW Rate Matrix for your respective Trade-lane
- Is responsible for calling carriers regularly to get update rate
- Is responsible for helping origin office to chase carriers releasing booking
- Is responsible for collecting market news
- 3 years of global forwarding for ocean operation / pricing
- Analytical and comfortable with processing and interpreting data
- Must have a positive attitude and is able to think creatively
- Must be a team player and possess the ability to work independently
- Is a self-starter, motivated and proactive
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications – especially Excel
- Possess ability to work in a very fast paced and deadline driven office environment
- Familiar of company policy, internal process and system, particular in Kewill and C2C system (added)
- Good communication skill with extensive network
- Is responsive to serving the global CWW network
- Ability to multi task with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Keen sense of urgency, passion, and focus
