Principal Officer - Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Support and execute a full spectrum of branding, marketing and promotional initiatives to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and smooth execution of marketing plans
- Keep track on the residential market trends and developments in local property market
- Conduct market research and analysis on property market and compile reports regularly
- Successful partnership with both external and internal professionals to deliver accurate materials
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ Sales and Marketing experience in real estate market and/or related field
- Sound knowledge and experience in Marketing, Advertising and PR for property sales projects
- Good understanding on Hong Kong property market and The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese/Mandarin
- Excellent command of computer skills especially MS Excel & Power Point
- Self-motivated, independent and responsible
- Able to meet tight schedule and work under pressure
