Responsibilities:
To work cross with respective departments to review current business and operational processes to identify process gaps and execute improvement plans to resolve quality issues.
To assist in internal audit, matters related to quality programs (e.g., ISO9001, ISO14001, Security…etc.) and third-party audit
To support the development of standard operations procedures.
To assist in implementation of quality programs.
Other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Manager – Process and Quality Assurance

Requirements:
Degree holder (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Experience in logistics or shipping industry is preferred, but not a must
Familiar with shipping documents and procedures
Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
Good PC skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and etc.)
