Summary of the role
The incumbent is responsible for providing remote and on- site clinical and technical support for CRM products and driving customer satisfaction through providing technical support and services.

The tasks:
Prompt response to field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
Identify and routinely uses the most effective, cost efficient and best business practices to plan, organize and perform work; continually evaluates their effectiveness and appropriateness.
Assist implantations/procedures, performs follow-ups and reports status to manager.
Support Clinical Studies Department in the field.
Coordinates Sales Managers’ activities to support key customers with customer training and education events.
Support BIOTRONIK national sales, business development and marketing strategies.
Act as a liaison between the company and physicians/clinical sites regarding technical and clinical issues using BIOTRONIK medical devices.
Support troubleshooting, product development and quality assurance and may include clinical trial protocols.
Identify and builds strong and lasting business relationships with all key decision makers (clinical, administrative/economic), KOLs and key referrals in all accounts.
Implant supervision and follow-up.
Participate in national and international congresses.
Maintain and acquires new product, technology, market, and process knowledge established by the industry, company and management.
Understand and can appropriately use product positioning and marketing messages. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering or related field of medical discipline. Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in medical industry
Strong written and verbal skills in English
High level of energy and passion to drive products to the assigned accounts
Basic knowledge of working in sterile room environment and medical device product lines through direct physician interaction and procedural consultation.
Able to Identify, establish and develop relationships with doctors to support company product lines
Knowledge of providing clinical support to Surgeons during procedures
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and customers
Basic knowledge of key trends within the medical device segments and has the ability to identify potential opportunities
