Production Supervisor / Asst. Supervisor (Concrete Production)

This position is suitable for a highly motivated individual, who has the aspiration to develop long term career in a prosperous industry.

Duties :
Assist the Production Manager to undertake duties related to :

Ensure the concrete plant is operating at its maximum availability and capacity

Liaise with different teams in the plant to ensure the smooth operations

Conduct regular plant inspection and audit as referring to all statutory requirements, terms and conditions in all operating licenses, quality assurance procedures and the committed actions

Continuously raise the housekeeping standard and identify potential hazards at the workplace

Follow and foster a safety culture that drives for continuous improvement in the workplace

Support the Production Manager to work with Logistics Team to continuously raise the truck fleet efficiency

Requirements :
Post-secondary education preferred

3-5 years of related working experience

Good communication skills with patience to deal with issues at the plant

Actively respond to problems arising from the day-to-day operations

Possession of a positive and proactive attitude

Team spirit

Good command of both English and Chinese
