Job descriptions
  • Maintain a well-organized documentation system for both paper-based files and electronics files.
  • Ensure all urgent maintenance cases are recorded in systematic order.
  • Assist the team in preparing job-related documents including project updates, delivery notes and quotations
  • Communicate with external and internal customers regarding the project progress
  • Other ad-hoc duties may be required
Job Requirement:
  • At least 1 year of working, Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Self-motivated, attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
  • Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
