Project Architect/Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager (Human-AI Interaction)

- Act as an administrative lead (leading or supporting role) to plan, manage, and execute technology, system, innovation development projects for serving parties in various domains and industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders in corresponding domain industries, internal development and technology teams, external technology partners, and other service providers involved in the project work.
- Possess and/or be willing to pick up and practice essential project management skills.
- Work closely with users and stakeholders throughout the project period for acquiring and aligning user requirements and user expectations.
- Work closely with technical lead throughout the project period for managing and aligning the development and deliverable schedules, identify and review progresses and assignments to team members, and build a constructive working environment for facilitating communications and problem-solving processes.
- Communicate project goals to those outside the project and engages management or leadership in other units as needed to ensure project success.
- Plan and engage dissemination events to users, stakeholders, and public, if applicable, during project execution and at the end of project.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in all disciplines.
- Knowledge of Project Management Practice procedures and tools.
- Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification being a plus.
- Willingness to learn about new domains and technologies involved in project work.
- Very good problem-solving, organizational, written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of reporting project sustainability is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
