The Keswick Foundation's (KF) mission is to facilitate long-term and impactful service development and capacity building to address social needs in Hong Kong and mainland China. KF provides funding to support pilot projects to enable the exploration of innovative and practical solutions to address specific social needs.

Job Description for Project Manager
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager who will report to and assist the Executive Director. The selected individual will play a key role in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, assessment of new funding applications, monitoring of charity projects, and collaboration with NGOs and partners.

Responsibilities:
Report to and assist the Executive Director with strategic initiatives and operational management.
Engage with stakeholders to advance the mission of the Foundation.
Evaluate new funding applications with a critical and strategic eye.
Oversee the progress and efficacy of funded charity projects.
Foster and maintain robust relationships with non-government organizations (NGOs) and partners.

Requirements:
University degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree(s) preferred.
Minimum of three years' relevant professional experience.
Comprehensive understanding of social work, with a focus on children, family, and youth issues.
Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in teams.
Demonstrated innovative thinking and analytical skills.
Advanced IT literacy, with knowledge and experience in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), will be considered a significant advantage.
Self-motivated, passionate about social causes, and deeply committed to driving change.
