Business Analyst/ Project Manager
Key Qualifications
- Liaise with internal and external business users, assisting in the preparation and project-related documentation;
- Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, system design, development, testing, UAT, implementation, documentation to maintenance
- Provide on-site user support during user acceptance test and parallel runs
- Research, resolve and communicate system issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare project status reports to management.
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
- Over 2-year working experience, as Business Analyst preferably in IT industry.
- Self-motivated and interested in learning new products and solutions
- Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and able to work independently.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
