We are currently seeking a Media Producer (Project Manager) for our Hong Kong office.

Job description & Requirements:

This is a detail-oriented job and the ability to be a self-starter and manage your own time is essential. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication with high profile clients as well as internally among colleagues.

Media Production

• MUST have experience using audio and video editing software (such as Da Vinci Resolve, Adobe Premier, Sound Forge) and experience in audio/visual production, including cameras, microphones and lighting.
• Attention to detail and quality checking of work is a priority.

Client Communication

• Respond to clients via email, web-based applications and telephone
• Intake client requests for new projects and follow-up for additional information when needed
• Answer client questions regarding various solutions/products/features
• Assist clients when issues arise around their usage of platforms
• Be prepared to train clients on use of new or enhanced products

Marketing, Product Support and Other Responsibilities

• Communicate with team and manager on a regular basis to ensure everyone is informed of project developments
• Assist with the creation and manage the implementation of reports and presentation materials for both internal and external use
• Participate in additional projects/services/opportunities as they arise
• Suggest and implement process improvements
• Keep fully up-to-date on current services and products

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2-4 years relevant experience
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service and data-entry skills
• General knowledge of PC-based programs, including Power Point, Excel, Word and Photoshop.
• Audio/Video Recording with clients on-site or remotely using Video Conferencing Software or via telephone dial-in.
• Experience interacting with C-level executives
• Ability to thrive under pressure, deadlines and demanding clientele, with a flexible mentality - must be able to adapt to changes at a moment’s notice
• Some holidays coverage may be required.
• MUST BE ELIGIBLE to work in Hong Kong
• FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and other Asian languages is a plus.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior Media Producer .
