Responsibilities:
To provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Project team in professional manner
To assist Project Team for project administration, system data entry
To liaise with clients / designers and sub-contractors
To handle document submission and correspondences among clients / designers / sub-contractors
To support the team of any adhoc matters

Requirements:
Diploma or above in any relevant disciplines
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
Has experience in construction / interior design / interior contracting company will be an advantage
Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and work in fast-paced environment
Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
Competent use of computing software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available is preferred
