Responsibilities:
Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations, working schedules, procedures, quality control and project planning
Perform site coordination work with client, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers
To coordinate all on-site work

Requirements:
Degree holder in E&M or related Engineering disciplines
At least 5 years practical experience in E&M project in fit-out contractor firm
Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels
Able to coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in ACAD format
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
Self-motivated, innovative, able to work independently and willing to work under pressure
Immediate available is preferred
