Operation Administrative Assistant (Furniture & Building Materials)

Responsibilities:

Assist aspects of administrative support for the department, such as minutes taking, document control, material & drawing submission and procurement arrangement, etc
Liaise with frontline staff/client and follow up on all aspects of projects such as material handling, site coordination, administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure, etc.
Maintain the organized filing system of all correspondences of each project
Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the daily operations in a good manner
Assist in ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
Relevant experience preferably in fitting out/Loose Furniture/Kitchen Cabinet or construction industry.
Candidates with costing experience would be plus
Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Native proficiency in Cantonese and good command of Mandarin and English
Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
Immediate availability is highly preferred
