Job Scope:
⁠ ⁠Plan and promote various interior design materials represented by the customer.
⁠ ⁠Develop and implement sales strategies.
⁠ ⁠Coordinate with construction sites.
⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team on social media promotions.
⁠ ⁠Handle all aspects of sales operations.
⁠ ⁠Maintain sales performance.
⁠ ⁠Exhibit passion for the role and contribute to the company’s value.
Requirements:
⁠ ⁠Experience in interior and architectural design.
⁠ ⁠No formal education required.
⁠ ⁠Kind, punctual, proactive, responsible, and efficient.
⁠ ⁠Strong initiative to learn about new markets and products due to diverse product range and market changes.
Strongly Preferred:
⁠ ⁠Fluent in reading and writing Chinese, English, and Mandarin.
⁠ ⁠Proficient in computer use and basic interior design software.
⁠ ⁠Five-day work week, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, including public holidays.
⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel to mainland China for business trips and work overtime as needed.
⁠ ⁠Base salary of $28-30k plus commission and bonus (Probation period: $25k plus commission). Entry level 18K plus commission and bonus
