We have a professional team for design and development, gathering talents with different design techniques, developing innovative products, promoting the brand of Kalos Blocks and becoming a creative industry of blocks.

Responsibilities:
Identify and explore new business opportunities in both the local Hong Kong market and overseas markets.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, both online and offline.

Collaborate with local and overseas customers to coordinate sales and marketing activities.

Effectively communicate with the factory to ensure smooth manufacturing and shipment processes.

Work closely with the Product Development and Design Team to create / review product brief and develop strategic planning for product launches.

Monitor and management distributor performance.

Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements:
A Higher Diploma or above, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Toy industry.

In-depth knowledge of the toys market and trends.

A creative thinker with excellent organizational skills and a strong marketing sense.

Manufacturing background is highly desirable.

Willingness to travel overseas, including to PRC.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Candidates who are proficient in Japanese will be given preference.
