Responsibilities:
Plan and act on the totality of measure to achieve the food safety and quality performance according to the company standards and local food legislation.

Perform in-house evaluation and verification system of quality performance to ensure adequacy, accuracy, effectiveness and reliability is maintained

Manage the Quality System which is documented in HACCP manual, Quality Manual and Working Instruction for maintaining the Food Safety and Quality Standard of products and service.

Review quality document and prepare regular Quality Report to management team.

Plan and conduct training in the area of food safety and quality according to company requirements.

Perform routine laboratory works

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:
Diploma holder or above in Food Science, Hotel and Catering Management or relevant discipline;

2 years relevant experience in food industry or hotel and catering, preferably in quality management and food safety fields;

Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO22000, HACCP and practical knowledge of quality management systems;

Familiar with Hong Kong food laws and regulations;

Familiar with new product development and set up process;

Proficient in English and Chinese;

A good understanding in Food Microbiology Testing;

Able to perform tasks with minimum supervision;

Effective communication and influencing skill, ability to communicate at all levels of company;

Mature, confident, responsible, initiative, work under pressure and independently.
