Consulting - Financial Services - Quality Associate Director - Hong Kong

Responsibilities:
- Support the Quality Leader to establish and improve the Q&RM policies and procedures, performance evaluation and training programs
- Conduct Opportunity Review, Technology Delivery Risk Review, Engagement Agreement Review, Subcontract / Third Party Review, and other service delivery related Q&RM review
- Facilitate the approval of Q&RM affairs from other stakeholders of the firm
- Facilitate and promote service delivery quality program
- Support the Quality Leader to identify, monitor and manage the potential non-compliance issues
- Implement the Q&RM performance evaluation process
- Deliver Q&RM training program
- Support the Quality Leader to respond requests from and work with local and global Quality or Risk Management function
- Accept and response to daily Quality & Compliance Consultation
Requirements:
- At least 8 years’ working experience as an Associate Director / Senior Manager
- Previous experience in quality and risk management at professional firms is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
