Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence on new account applications and documents for client onboarding, ensuring verification and compliance.
• Possess a thorough understanding of AML and KYC regulations and onboarding practices.
• Process corporate applications and assess corporate structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and open new accounts within specified timeframes.
• Build effective relationships with key internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Proven track record in managing customer returns and complaints, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions
• Excellent knowledge and implementation experience of quality management systems and tools, such as QFD, FMEA, DOE, and others
• Familiarity with mechatronic products, such as printer products, is preferred
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
